Ok I know its been a year since I resigned my seat amoung the greats at "The Table" at Clicks to move on to the uncharted regions here in Phoenix, and I do have to apologize for the more mundane life style that you guys have been faced with since my departure which has only been amplified by the fact that I have failed to call, email and visit since my farewell.
But now that I have carved out a new place of legend for myself I think it may behoove me to check in with you guys and make sure that ya'll havent killed yourselves out of pure boredom now that I am gone because I know how little there is to do in the podunk town that you call home.
Now before you guys get all defensive and start the same old routine about how the traffic in phoenix is so bad (because I-10 construction makes those commutes to the office just whiz by) or how hellish the tempartures are in the valley of the sun (Because compared to 115, 117 is just too much to take. Besides we have a warm breeze generated from a Tucson pool hall to cool us off on those how summer days.) Just know that the true reason on why Phoenix is sooo much better that Tucson is because I am here. Having played in both Tucson and Phoenix now I can safely say that Tucson Poker is to Phoenix Poker as the Minor Leagues is to the Majors (You need much more that a chip and a chair...and a thermos...and a paddleball game to win here.)
I do need to congratulate AP on his recent runner up finish for the seat in the WSOP. Its to see that you and your fellow buckeyes still have that affection for second place Keep playing those red cards AP and second will be yours to lose.
Now that I have graced yall with my presence once again I do have to warn yall come June 3rd to bring your "A" game (if such a thing exists) because you are going to be facing a pro in Vegas, and I know every play in the P.I.T. playbook.
